Happy New Year!

Well the new year has arrived!  I thought I had more time than I did.  I didn't realize that time was flying by so fast!  I look back at 2010 and I try to think about what I did.
I had a baby, I supported my husband with his decision to go back to college, I  continued working my Scentsy business and I decided that going back to college would be a good thing for me too! So I applied and was accepted into Utah Valley University.  I decided to go after my Bachalors in Fine Art with an emphasis in Ballet.  I realized that I didn't have to have thqat to open my own dance studio in Utah.  So I changed my major to University Studies, Which allows me to graduate with my Associates Degree in December 2011.  So I will do that then go on to get my Bachalors in something else.  I will take some business classes so that I can be ready to open the studio shortly after that.  I will hire some other dance teachers so that it is not just me at the studio all the time.  I want to be the owner and let it run its-self, sort of.  I will teach t least on class though.
Anyway, my kids are getting older and much bigger.  My youngest will be a year old on the 15th of this month.  It was just yesterday that my family was at the ultrasound finding out that we were having a boy.  That was one of the best days of my life.  Knowing that my wish had come true, that my last baby would be a boy.  I was so happy & you should have seen  the look on my husbands face, impossible to recapture even if I wanted to.  To learn that he was having another boy and not another girl, he was so happy.  Not that there is anything against girls, but after having twin girls, he was excited to be having a boy!  More testosterone in the house!  ")
My two oldest kids are in school together and they love it.  The twins can hardly wait to go to the 'big kids school'.  I can hardly wait either.  I love my kids but I like my mommy time too!  I'm sure that you all can agree with me.
With college now a real part of my life, I like to think that I have adjusted well.  It took me a little while to become used to the idea of school.  I now know what adjustments the family has to make so that the whole family can function on a day to day basis.  I am really ready to submit to the rigorous schedule so that my husband and I can have a better future with our family! I think that doors will open and we will be blessed so much beyond our dreams.
Faith and Hope go hand in hand.  That and prayers....  What dreams are made of!

Until next time...
